Having invested substantial capital, they sought to monetize the equipment and recapture funds to reinvest into operations.

Challenge:

While the company’s financial performance was acceptable (though not outstanding), strong relationships with both the owner and finance lead allowed for a path forward.

Solution:

Delivered speed, certainty, and flexibility through a two-step financing process. First, AFG financed the newly installed equipment, followed by establishing a $50MM capex line to support future growth and capital planning.
